  3. I like the comfort of knowing I've got all my bases covered. I do not take them everyday. I supplement about 3-4 times per week. I also take a B-12 bi-lingual supplement twice a week.
    I do not take the flax oil vegan son does. I eat enough hemp/chia seeds, so I do not feel like I need it. My son prefers to pop the capsule.
    I recommended them for those who are looking for a vegan supplement and/or do not eat a high raw diet.
