Day 4 of my Husband's 7 day Challenge

My husband is packed up and off to work. I can see that his body composition is already changing. He has not lost very much more weight, but he is glowing, he feels good and he is beginning to look like a new man!!

Today for hubby~
8 oz. carrot ginger juice

Large Salad~red leaf lettuce, tomato, celery, carrot, rashish, green pepper, 1/2 avocado, pumpkin seeds, 1/2 c. fresh artichoke/garlic salsa and some raw sunflower seed ranch dressing

small bowl of black bean soup (black beans, carrots, celery, jalapeno, red onion, diced mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic, basil, cumin, a bit of brown rice

2 raw pecan halves dipped in chocolate sauce (cocoa & raw honey)
this is his reward and incentive to keep going

I packed his lunchbox with~
1 cantaloupe
2 pears
1 green smoothie
carrots, celery, green pepper strips, cherry tomatoes (1/2 sandwich baggie each)
