I am gonna touch on a subject that may make you a little uncomfortable.
Too much cheese makes slow transit time. Cheese has a protein called caesin. This protein is what they use to make some types of glue. Glue in your colon...hmmmmmmmm...sounds sticky to me. Needless to say this will slow down the digestive process. For someone with IBS this is not a good thing. This is not a good thing for anyone. When you slow down the process you have putrification going on. This leads to distress in the gastrointesinal system. Also this can lead to a toxic colon. When these toxins recirculate back into the bloodstream we can have all kinds of possible issues going on. Today my symptom was that I couldn't hardly stay awake after my morning fruit today. This is a minor symptom...you should goggle what else goes along with having a toxic bowel for any length of time..for example:

Yes, I have been going to the bathroom everyday. You can be eliminating everyday and still not fully evacuate. It is best to have a one day turn around in your elimation process. Test yourself. Eat some beets and watch to see how long it takes to eliminate. You will know when you have because they are RED. This is how I check myself.
Too much cheese for me. It is time to go back to my old RAW VEGAN ways. I repent!! I repent away from cheese and back towards better health!! Here I come.

1 1/2 c. water, 1 frozen banana,
1 heaping T almond butter, 1 sample packet of mushroom coffee ( I picked up at the health food store) 1 T cacao powder, cup of ice. This rocked my socks off, too much of a punch. Rawdawg used Dandy Blend..I am still waiting for my order from Amazon via snail mail. This is a healthy coffee substitute..no caffeine and I may try carob next time too.
32 oz green lemonade
