  1. These recipes look wonderful. I was just looking for some new dressing recipes today (trying to get the kids to eat more salads/veggies), so I was thrilled to find the two you posted. I read your story and was very inspired by it. I've suffered with candida for years but never realized that a lot of my current health problems could be related to it.

  2. Hi Denise!
thanks for reading...I am glad you found something helpful. Candida is such an ugly monster because it invades so many parts of the body. Diet is the key and you can get better. :)

  3. Thanks for sharing this. My daughter loves cheese and it has been a battle for me. She does goat cheese now but if given the chance will go crazy with it. The sauce looks like a great idea.

  4. Hi Sasha~
you are welcome...If you haven't heard of it..Daiya Cheese is a wonderful shredded Vegan cheese. It comes in Mozzarella or cheddar. It melts wonderfully for sprouted grain quesadella's or vegan pizza. You can probably find it at your health food store.
