Salad Day

I spent a few hours in the kitchen today making green and red juice, beet salad, pea salad, broccoli salad and some raw bread and chips...
Pictured is our veggie tray for the day...broccoli, carrots, celery, red bell peppers and cukes. This sits on our table for munchies all day or as long as it lasts.

Beet Salad
1 bunch of beets peeled and shredded
5-6 cloves of garlic minced
1/4 c. ev olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
dash of salt
dash of ground cloves
mix and let marinate for a bit.

Pea Salad
1 bag of frozen peas
3-4 green onions chopped
1 red bell pepper diced
3-4 stalks of celery diced
2 T. ev olive oil
2 T. balsamic vinegar
dash of salt

Broccoli Salad
1 1/2 bunches of broccoli cup into bit size pieces
2 garlic cloves minced
1/4 c. red onion diced
handful of raisins
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. ev olive oil
drizzle with Raw Agave
dash of salt

My lunch...topped with nutritional yeast and raw sunflower seeds..after I took this picture I added dulse granules and arugala sprouts...

After lunch today we went for a family bike ride.  The weather was beautiful!!!

Spend time with the ones you love and look into their eyes when they speak....
really listen to their heart
