No Bean Hummus....Raw Apple Pie


1/2 c. raw almonds (soaked overnight & drained)
1 1/2 T. tahini
1 garlic clove
1/2 t. sea salt
2 T. lemon juice
1/3 c. water
herb or spice is optional... 1/4 t. chili powder or cumin

in a food processor blend all ingredients until they are smooth and creamy.

Almond Pie Crust

1 1/2 c. raw almonds (soaked & drained) or a mixture of other raw nuts

after draining and rinsing almonds place in a food processor and add:
1/4 t. sea salt
1/2 t. vanilla
3/4 c. pitted dates

mix well in processor then press into an 8" pie plate and fill with  raw Apple Pie filling

cube 3 Fugi  apples....

In a food processor & blend til it is like applesauce
take 1/3 of cubed apples
1/4 t. sea salt
1 t. cinnamon,
4 dates (pitted)
1/2 t. vanilla
sit aside

Take the remaining apples and mix in the bowl with the sauce mixture with
1/2 c.  raisins
1 t. ground flax seed.
Let it stand for 15 mins and then pour into pie crust

top with crushed pecans
