CSA share Week #5
In the bowl on left Swiss Chard (I had already rinsed and broken it up)
shell peas (in the center)
not pictured~apple mint and spearmint
Cheezy Garlicky Swiss Chard is on the menu for today!
I also added diced kohlrabi, shell peas and dulse grandules the the salad.
While surfing the net for info a I came a list of Gout Foods to lower Uric Acid...Gout Pal.com
Swiss Chard, kohlrabi, onions, celery, tomatoes are all on the list.
If you suffer with this condition eating lots of veggies would be a great benefit.
