Kathy: I am a mother of three adult children and grandma to one. I consume a High Raw Nutrient Dense diet. After a diagnosis of IBS in 2006 I began my raw food journey. My health has improved tremendously by consistently eating a high raw diet. I am writing this blog in hopes of encouraging others to seek restored health and vibrant living. In March 2013 I discoverd I have Celiac Disease...Therefore my blog will reflect this as I continue on my journey of healing...
